Pacific Reef Fisheries are currently seeking qualified Fitters and Mechanics to join our prawn farm team in Ayr.
You will be required work primarily on small and large motors including vehicles, generators, pumps and aerators and will be required to undertake a range of maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards are maintained, deadlines are met, completed accurately to specifications and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repairs of mobile plant, machinery, and equipment (pumps, generators etc)
- Accurate recording of machinery service and repairs
- Responding to breakdowns and call outs
- Diagnostic assessment of equipment
- Taking part in a standby/call out roster as required
- Diagnosing faults with, and the repair of, mechanical equipment
